Hey. This is Alice, and the sweet looking page you're on is the scrolling one page template , or SOPTA. SOPTA is a free-for-use template. The scrolling gives the effect of multiple pages, but conserves space by only using one page. 

Specifics:
  • 2140px tall background image, or tiled. Add 800 pixels for each new content box. Or background color, for a basic look.
  • Awesome bullet points
  • Custom xmp styles, for displaying code
  • Smooth, anchor based and javascript powered scrolling
  • Fixed position menu
  • Image based or CSS based
  • Integrated image gallery powered by lightBox
